Symantec Ghost Solution Suite has always been a product intended for corporate use, and has to my knowledge always shipped as a minimum 5 user licensed product. The confusion is caused by the use of the name "Ghost" for two different technologies with different roots.
Paragon Partition Manager is frankly a more user friendly product and more up to date for end user systems.
