     We are trying to get Dell Client Management to work, however after installing the Symantec Installation Manager and select Dell Client Management, the system keeps giving the error: The following products were unable to be verified for download [products] it may be that your system date or time is incorrect.

     I search the forum and found many discussions regarding this matter:

    I tried all of of them but didn't solve our issue, we now that there are no issues with system date & time (as we use domain time propagation) there are no further event viewer errors regarding the time.

    I tested the SIM on a Windows 2003x86 domain environment, I also tested on Windows XP SP3 with direct connection to the internet (full access) without success.

    P.S. on the SIM Contact information, it keeps asking for Province and Zip code, when I select my country (Macao) it still asking for the ZIP code, where we don't have a Zip code also tried with Hong Kong and the same thing applies (we don't have a zip code).
