    Our Symantec License have expired, are our client still protecetd, if we recieeving latest definitions?

    You should be protected, but you will receive no support. Best bet here is to contact the Symantec licensing department directly in order to get the official word:

    If you're running the Enterprise version than you're still protected. The SEPM will only 'nag' you but everything else remains in place and content will continue to update.
