We are moving from Notes To Exchange
Our DC will be decomissiond that has SMS (Symantec Mail Security) on a Windows 2003 Server 32Bit box
The new DC will be on Windows Server2008 64bit (blade) and wont be able to take Symantec Mail Security so we are thinking of upgrading to SBG?
Should we install SBG on a different Virtual box? Or keep it on the new 64bit Server that way we dont need to make any changes to the router.
note: We are planning on keeping the same name and ip on the new box after decommisioning it.
old box
Win 2003 server 32bit SMS
New box not compatible with SMS
Win2008 server 64bit SBG??? or virtual??
