I am currently  running   symantec  version 12.6  My  problem started   on the  28 of march   after  we  migrated  out  Vcenter from  5.5  to 6.  After two days later,  i noticed  that i can't   no longer  log  on to the  console .  I am  running  on  windows 2012 Platform.  I  have tried the   management  wizard  to reconfigure the  server  with the  exist  backup but  no  avail.  I also tried many other  solutions   recommended  my  many of our colleagues  from the   forum but  no  solution.  When  i start the  service  after  a minutes it    vanishes  aways,

Run the SymDiag tool on it to do error checking:

Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

Check the following file for errors.

    %SEPM_Instal_folder%\tomcat\logs\catalina.out

Can't open you .rar folder for some reasons.

Can you post how your conf.properties file looks like ?

It's located by default to your SEPM install path %\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\etc

If you notice that it is blank or contains only few lines (must contains at least a good dozen) try to follow the following procedure below.

    Kind regards,

When you migrated it, did you upgrade or downgrade the amount of memory on this VM?
