If there is no physical reset button, and you cannot get in then you'd need to log the call with Symantec. This assumes you need some sort of maintenance agreement in place. If your agreement has expired, I doubt you will get support. In this case you'd need to renew or relicense.
When you log a call they will assist with further information on that.
