actually symantec do not Support Citrix XenApp / Xen Desktop Version 7.15 LTSR Releaes. This is an Citrix LTSR Release wg´hich a lot of Citrix customer (also big custiomer) use in production. We need very important this support for this Citrix Release 7.15 LTSR for eMail Encryption and Fileshare (NetShare) onb Citrix W2K8 / W2K12 / W2K16 Server (actually W2K8) an on normal Windows Shares and NetApp Share (transparaent like Windows Share, no NetApp Encryption used). e are using actually Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.4.1.MP2 and plan to update to 10.4.2 this year.
At this time I got the information from you that only the following products will be supported:
In my case # 14503375 - Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.4.1.MP2 File Share usage with Citrix XenApp 7.15 LTSR / Xen Desktop 7.6 LTSR with NetApp I got the following feedback:
are the only version of XenApp supported by Symantec Encryption Desktop for File Share and email encryption.
1. Citrix XenApp 7.15 LTSR - Not Supported.
2. Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 LTSR - Not Supported.
3. NetApp (Fas8080) / NetApp Release 9.1P3 - Not Supported.
4. MS Office 2010 / Office 2016 - Supported.
