    Has anyone seen any documentation or know of any other resource that outlines the benefits of upgrading from an AltirisHelpdesk Solution 6.x environment to Symantec  ServiceDesk MR1? Thanks

    a couple of powerpoint presentations which explain what HD6 offered and why SD7 is better than this. They need tobe taken with a pibch of salt though as they're not particularly accurate in their evaluation of HD6 or portrayal of SD7.
