au niveau de mon serveur Exchange , le symantec affiche plusieur message d'alert  :

SYMANTEC TAMPER PROTECTIO? ALERT

Target :C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccApp.exe

Event Info : Allocation Memory

Action Taken : Logged

Actor Process : C\Document and Setting \session user\local Séttings \Temp\2\f70564d5.exe(PID 11104) 

et même les services Symantec au niveau de ce serveur sont arrêtés autoimatiquement et je n'arrive pas a le redémarrer

avez-vous installé septembre après l'installation Exchange sur le serveur? aussi combien de cas d'alerte de protection inviolable recevez-vous?

oui Client Symantec Endpoint protection est installer après l'installation de serveur Exchange , et l'alert sa fait deux jours qui se relance à chaqua fois

is the triggering file always the same file ? and have you tried to add tamper protection exception ? what is the exact version of sep client ?

non il y'a plusieur fichier qui s'affiche dans le message d'erreur , la version de symantec 11.0.6

SEP 11.6 is very old version of SEP client and it had lot of known issues, tamper protection wasn't working as expected in SEP 11.x . so I would suggest you to try and upgrade the SEP client to the latest version of SEP 11.RUMP4 or 12.1.6 MP3

SEP 11.x is end of support life and no longer receives update. You should move to 12.1.6. In addition you will be able to add exceptions for this process if needed.
