Symantec Web Gateway (Virtual installation) does not show report data

    Hi there:

     

    I install Symantec Web Gateway on virtual machines, my all policies work fine, but I did not see any reports data ho console. kindly guide me

    What do you mean you do not see any reports? Are the provided/canned reports returning no data? Are you running custom reports? Also please note if a policie is set to allow something no report information will be collected, monitor and block will both collect data that can appear in a report.
