    Posted Aug 13, 2014 11:05 PM

Hello everyone, the symantec client has been connected with the console successfully, but the anti-virus version cannot be updated, which could cause the failure of updating. Both the client and console are runned on windows 2008.

Run the symhelp tool on an affected client. Also enable sylink debugging and let it run for a bit. Post the log for review.
