    Hi all.

    i want to ask about Sys led proxy in our customers.

    why sys led amber ? i know the status is become warning. but when i check in healt check there's no information about warning. just info warning only.

    what should i do ?

    Below i attach picture sys led status on proxy SG.

    Hi Indra,

     

                 When you login to the device, is it showing as Warning status? You can check the "Health Monitoring" to see whether anything is failing or not.

    Hi Aravind.

    Yes, it looks warning status but not seen anything that error, there is only information that Proxy SG is warning.

    General , Licensing, Status and Subscription  

    Statistics > Health Checks

    i already check on health check, but not showing anything info which indicates warning status.

    Hi Indra,

     

                   As in the Sysinfo, the issue is related to Local DB download failure. Please ask customer to fix the same.
