  • 1.  System assessment scan fails showing -77 error

    Hi all,

    I have got altiris 7.5 hf4 with 5000 clients.

    I have scheduled system assessment scan to run after every 12 hours.

    Every time it runs shows -77 error from last few days.

    Please help.

    There is no change in compliance from last 2 months.

    Is it due to these.

    Hi!

    • Your client computer has up-to-date version of SMA and SWU plug-in?
    • SMA/Client Task Agent is registered with Task Server?
    • What more other information is shown in SMA logs, while you're trying to run "assesment scan" task on client computer?  ⇒ C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Agent\Logs\
