  • 1.  System Lockdown is not working in SEPM 12.1 RU6 MP5

    Hi,

     

    For testing I've enable system lock down on some systems in Whitelist Mode. First I've collect all the file fingerprint from one system using Collect File Fingerprint utility of SEPM. Now I have enable system lockdown in learning mode. But after one day testing nothing is coming in Unapproved Application list. For further testing I've enable the blocking but it is not working, means unapproved applications are not getting blocked.

    I've followed all the steps described in Symantec Knowledge base. Can anybody help me on this.

    Did you verify the client shows the same policy as the SEPM?

    Yes Brian clients are showing same policy as SEPM.

    can you please post the screen shot of the application in the list?

    are you using the path or wild cards?

    Hey finally I found the problem, why log is  not coming, because I havn't enable "Upload Control Log" from SEP location independent settings. Now blocking is working or not that i need to check.
