System State no longer visable in Backup Exec after upgrade to SEP11

I just updated our AV protection from Sym Corp Ed 10 to SEP11.  I am running Backup Exec 10.0 (rev 5484) on one of our W2000 SP4 servers which also backs up another W2000 SP4 client w/the remote agent.  When I go into "Properties"-"Selections"-"Remote Selections" in BE10, a popup opens up stating "System State is selected but cannot be found on server "SERVER".  If this server has been upgraded to Windows Server 2003 or later, remove this selection, and then select Shadow Copy components to fully protect your server.  Do you want to remove System State selection?"
At the same time, a popup appears from SEP stating:"[SID:21266] Veritas Backup Exec Arb:File Download Detected".
I'm not getting any errors at all from Backup exec when it runs backups however, and it is able to communicate with the remote agent on the other server.  But System State is basically gone from the selections to backup.  I'm also running BE12.5 on a pair of 2003 servers, that are not having any issues at all.  How can I get BE10 to see and back up System State when running SEP11?

I am not an expert in Backup Exec. I recommend you post this question on the Backup Exec forum, or else open a case with Symantec support.
