Hi all,

I would like to try VIP Service, but I don't know how can I use credential simulator. 

At first i tried to download and use VIP acces desktop app and tried that credential, but get 'Token ID not found' message in the demo app.  

I was wondering if there is a test credential ID available, and If yes, how do I get it.

Following up, I tried to register credential from VIP Acces Desktop app at my organization's Symantec VIP Self Service portal, but it failed to register the credential for some reason saying 'This VIP credential is not enabled for your account. Try registering a different VIP credential or credential type'.

Ok, I downloaded VIP Access Mobile and this time successfully registered and tested the new credential.

After that, I got to VIP Developer Test Drive demo app and tried to get information about my registered credential, but the response was 'Token ID not found'.

Can somebody give me a clue what I'm doing wrong?

Has the issue resolved for you?

I was trying this morning to test out VIP test drive, but to generate OTP based on either time or event it requires a .tok file which is not present in the VIPTestDrive.zip folder. 

If you have found any solution please share.
