Hi,
Anyone can help me determine the problem of pulling information from a suse box on RMS?
I have successfulyy installed bv-control agents and registered the suse machines, but I could only successfully view information on the two machines all others display the same message " There are no items to show in this view ".
When I tried to update the agent on the latest rapidfire eroor message is " failed to determine operating system or process architecture".
Please help.
