  • 1.  Touchdown for Android doesn't work after paying for License

    I had downloaded the free trial version of Touchdown for Android and it worked fine. Once my demo trial was over, I purchased the License Key. Now when i open up TouchDown, it shows on a grey strip near the bottom (where it used to say Demo version), that my License is valid, but there's a red light bulb signal and it won't download any emails anymore. Why doesn't it work, even after downloading the license??

    If you did allow the demo to expire, it may have turned off activesync, easiest way to fix it is go to settings and run quick configuraiton again and it should reconnect and work again
