  • 1.  Touchdown for Android fate

    Back in August Symantec informed me that the marketing strategy would be changing for Touchdown in the future. I have 1000 seats currently under support directly from Symantec and I manage all moble devices using MobileIron. Can you tell me what the future looks like for this relationship and what I need to consider from a planning perspective? We are more than happy to maintain a support and licensing relationship with Symantec. If this is not possible, could you please provide a document that reflects the future roadmap? Any attempt to contact Symantec or support has been futile so far.

    I did that last week. I'm still awaiting a response. I have attempted to reach out to individuals as well as support unsuccessfully so far.

    What was the email you used? I'll check on it- I've been escalating them to management, but sometimes I think they get lost.

    I used my @teamhealth.com address, the same that I registered with.

    I don't see an email for you from last week- last one from a teamhealth.com address was in 2016.
