TouchDown stopped working on my Samsung SM-G950U with software update G950USQU1AQGL. I am able to send out emails using the app. But I am unable to view any emails, calendar and contacts on the Galaxy 8S. I have checked the FILTER and it is set to ALL. I am able to retrieve corporate emails using the native app.
I am able to use the same app on a Huawei Ascend Mate 2 without issues. This tells me that the issue is not on my corporate Exchange Server. Is there a fix for this?
