    After resetting my AppID password to the "exact same thing" back in May, started experiencing extreme account lockouts on that same day where the problem still persists!  Lockout count varies from day to day but hasn't gone away unlike when I upgraded from SMP 7.5 to 8.0 in February where things subsided thereafter to a point that I didn't notice it..

    Anyway, account lockout tools point to our (Blue Coat) proxy server as the source where the Security event log of our various domain controllers have no logged failure event for the specific times of these lockouts.  For those in this same situation (i.e. you have a proxy server in your environment), have you found a way to determine exactly which workstation(s) are the source of your lockouts?  Seems like the proxy server masks the identity of the source computers so difficult to troubleshoot.
