Hi  Prachand Kumar ,
I have this message on my P.C. and so I ran the Tool as per the instructions for WIN  32. NET SKY. Despite that the screen still shows the error of spyware Trojan Worm SPM/LX and for me to run anti spyware software. In fact today the the PC boots up and then remains at the log on screen and when I hit Enter it loops .

Any ideas ?

 Removal tools are old.Update Rapid Release definitions and then run a full scan.
For your current issue

. From a diffrent computer open registry editor ( stat - run - regedit )

go to File - Connect Network Registry 
and connect to the registry of the machine which is stuck at logon screen.

go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

of that machine
double click on Userinit and change its value to C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,

Download the latetest Virus defntion from  http://www.symantec.com/business/security_response/definitions/download/detail.jsp?gid=rr

and then run a FULL System scan in safe mode.
