  • 1.  Trojan.Gen.2 and Trojan.zeroaccess.c scare

We got an email about 2 weeks ago supposedly from the Better Business Bureau saying there was a case against us and to open the attached file for more information.  Stupid, I know, but we opened it.  We did scan the email and it was okay, but apparently the zip file that was attached wasn't included in the scan.  So, here we are today with an alert saying that our personal files have been encrypted and we have 68 hours to pay $300 to get the key to unlock them.  Also says that any attempt to delete software will remove the access to the unlocking key.  Tried to open the files it says are infected and I can't.  Symantec says it quaranteed the files and deleted some files but I still can't open the files that were encrypted.  Help!  What can I do?
