    HI Support Team,

We are a ISP in Austria and got a couple of complains in the last days from Our Customers with their own Mailservers. The receive a Message that their IP is blacklisted somewhere at symantec... but so far we can see it istn't. In the Mail response there is a invalid rempval Link attached what is also not working anymore.

"Remote Server returned '< #5.7.1 smtp; 554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect because your IP is blacklisted within Symantec Global Bad Senders. Please check here for more details: http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/>'"

If i go to the https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/ and check the IP's I get the feedback that the IP's don't have a bad reputation?

Can you check For example some IP's for me or give me an information where they can be delisted?

    86.56.195.213

    81.10.172.10

    81.10.152.86

    86.56.232.26

    Thank you for your supprt.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, the error message is not directly related to Email Security.cloud service. The IP addresses you have provided do not have any bad reputation at the moment. The recipient server may have delay in updating the list if it is still occurring.

Dear all, We have the same trouble with our Email Server in Argentina. Our Hostname server is mail.dynamiclogistics.com.ar with this IP address 186.136.91.247.

We set up our Email Server with all security policies and compliance the security standards of safes Email Servers.

We have troubles to send emails to one customer that is using your #Global Bad Sender# reputation system!

Please, could you send a procedure of how to remove our server from this list?

                  Thank you in advance!

    Best Regards

    Hi Gaston,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

I've checked your server IP in email security.cloud tools for IP reputation and traffic scanning and it does not have a negative reputation at the moment. If you have a NDR please share it with us by opening a case, or share the specific bounce error you're getting here in this forum.

    Regards,

    yamma
