    I'm looking at how I can better troubleshoot the SD.IncidentManagement process in ServiceDesk.  Recently we've been receiving some strange errors that pertain to the ResolutionText variable not being created and the process hanging.   I'm wondering if anyone knows any good ways to troubleshoot this other than looking in the logs/log viewer.   It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to plug in the incident number and see the path(s) it took through the IM workflow (ex. the debugger).

    Any help or advice would be extremely appreciated.  Thanks.
