I am doing an implementation at one of my customers. All was going good.
Of late, it has been brought to my notice that for certain client machine( especially Windows 10), UA randomly loses its connection.
Also, one peculiar thing is that the clients' often face this issue as they press windows+L to lock their screen.
Please help, its going critical as the days pass by
