  • 1.  UA client is showing failed open rather than passive mode

    Hi 

     

    We are deploying proxy sg as forward proxy to WSS

    We followed this guide

    using BCAAA & auth. connector. 

     

    initially we have only auth connector and would thought that, that would worked but didn't. 

    We were told that we need BCAAA.

    So we deployed BCAAA, however the UA client is now showing failed open when users are on corporate network.

     

    Any idea what we are missing and suggestion what to look for to fix the UA client?

    The UA client version is 4.8 and proxy SG is 6.7.1.2.

    From the information you have posted It appears that you are trying to configure your software for use with the BlueCoat service,
