We are using Lotus Notes for email. To successfully send and receive emails PGP needs to know the email addresses for one person in following forms:
1. FirstName.LastName@MyDomain.com
2. CN=FirstName LastName/OU=MyOU/O=DOMAIN@DOMAIN
3. CN=FirstName LastName/OU=MyOU/O=DOMAIN
Address 1 is added while we create the User on Universal Server.
Address 2 is added automatically while sending an encrypted message from the account.
But Address 3 has to be added manually.
In a erlier version of PGP Desktop I was able to add additional email adresses to a key.
But in the current version it doesn't work.
On opening 'Add Email Address' I can fill the two fields 'New name to add to key' and 'New email address to add to key' but the next dialog asking for the passphrase does not accept my entered passphrase.
We use PGP Desktop 10.2.1. MP5 Build 5033 and Single Singn On.
I checked the policy on Universal Server but did not find a setting related to my problem.
Any ideas?
