  • 1.  Unable to authenticate/Sync from AD to others

    After installed Symantec client to our windows server 2012 std edition active directory machine. After few time users cannot access internet. For reason this issue our cyberoam router which internet distribution and controller is unable to authenticate/Sync from active directory. If not authenticate from active directory cyberoam disallow to users for access internet. Users can access internet by his/her active directory login users. Now antivirus soft has disabled. So I want to enable it. How can I solve this problem?

    Symantec Endpoint protection version 12.1.4013.4013

    When I try to remove the Network threat protection component of NTP from DC, couldn’t remove it

    Show following error message “fatal error during installation” and after that when I click Symantec icon from right cornor of desktop, show windows compatibility issue.

    After I restart server couldn’t open server normally. Again restart.

    Finally I have recovered this disaster by new os installation. Right now no antivirus software in our Host machine and hyper-v virtual machine. I want to install antivirus by you expert by remotely support. So pls. help me.

    Install AV only to start.

    You can also run cleanwipe to remove a bad install. You can find cleanwipe located on your download ISO in the Tools directory.

    Install only Antivirus / antispyware, is this a managed client?
