    Hello everyone,

    This morning I went to install Symantec Endpoint Protection - Small Business Edition (cloud) redistributable client on two more Windows 10 laptops.  The install went successfully and the client on the laptop showed that it was updating and protecting the computer successfully.

    However when I went to the webportal (hostedendpoint.spn.com) to change the computer alias to better keep track of the computer, I was prohibited from doing this.  This has never happened before.  However it only affects the two most recent computers that SEP was installed on.  Prior computers that have SEP installed, allow me to modify the computer alias as well as show the services tab information.  I've included screenshots for reference.

    Can someone explain why this is happening now?

    In the first attachment, you can see the area within the webportal where I can click on to change the computer alias and how it has the blue underline indicating I can do that.  Also it lists the status of the services on the local machine.  This screenshot was taken from a working computer live on the network.  The second screenshots shows there is no ability to edit the computer alias as well as no service information showing in the service tab.

    I have used both version 3.00.30.2814 as well as version 3.00.20.2796 with the same result.

    Having the same issue. Have done three fresh installs on the same system and getting nothing showing in services on SEP Manager.

    There is some underlying issue that SEP is currently working on. Stay tuned for an update
