Unable to download new updates. SEP client doesnt reach cloud and therefore no policies get handed down. Ran SymDiag but unable to send files.

Is it the SEPM or SEP clients that aren't getting updates?
If it's the SEPM that has no cloud interent access there's only two ways to update either with a seperate LUA server for to update from or to be manually updated using JDB files
