  • 1.  Unable to exportl logs from webconsole

    Hi All,

    I've only webconsole access to my SEPM server.
    I'm able to login to SEPM console and can view logs in Monitor page but unable to export them.
    I'm getting below error message:
    "Your connection is not secure
    The owner of 10.178.40.237 has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website."

     

    Please let me know how to proceed.

    Try this in Internet Explorer. Depending on your version of Firefox it may not allow self signed certs any longer.

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for the reply.

    In IE, Home, Monitor and reports tabs are not opening because of certificate error issue.
    I have imported the certificate also but no use.

    Follow the steps provided by John to run SymDiag with All Data selected. You can post the file here or open a support case.
