Thsi happens only after installing sep client. that too if it takes policies from sepm. and if i install it unmanaged then no problem in installing any software.
also if i use smc -stop command and then try to install oracle then it installs fine.
I guess there is sone "Application and device" policy problem here.
I have enabled 3 settings in "Application and Device " policy
1) Protect client files and registry keys ----Production
2)Block Modification to host files ------------production
3)Block access to Autorun.inf ----------------production
no custom IPS .
firewall is used to block some ipaddress that is not related to oracle.
