When I attempt to log in to the Symantec Endpoing Encryption Device Control Management Console on either my workstation or on the DC server, I receive an error stating "Could not log (A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.)  This just started as I was able to log in to the console last week.  Thanks in advance.

Had anything changed? Did you try a reboot?

Hi Steven, Do you think this could be the case? Control Compliance Suite - Application Server Service fails to start. http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH215153 HTH, dcats

Here's a quick article on troubleshooting SEE-DC login fialures:

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH199466

What's the "inner exception" the message refers to?  It sounds as if the service account under which SEE-DC is running has had some permissions revoked.

    #EDIT#

Further to the above, has anything happened with regards to the SQL DB used by SEE-DC?

It turns out that a server reboot was what we needed.  We had done a SQL update over the weekend and rebooted the SQL server, but not the SEE server.  That's when this issue began.  We went ahead and rebooted the SEE server last night and we're now able to log in to the console.
