  • 1.  Unable to Migrate PGP from 3.3.2 MP13 to 3.4.2

    Hi,

    We have clustering servers in PGP. We are migrating the PGP servers from 3.3.2 MP13 to 3.4.2. We are able to installed it successfully and while installation we have selected the second Restore Option and Restoring the old Backup file with Organizaion Key. We are not getting any error or anything after that.

    After that when I am trying to access the PGP server we are getting error on Primary server and second server showing again and again upload the backup.

    even after restoration we should be able to ping the server with old IP address but in my case old IP address is not pingable and new IP address still pingable.

    To clarify, when you choose the restore option (regardless of if it is the primary or secondary SEMS), it just repeatedly asks for the backup file, without ever actually restoring the data.  Is that right?

    How big is your backup?  Is it possible you're hitting the issue described in the below article?
