Unable to recieve email notification on Secure Email (iOS)

    Unable to recieve email notification on Secure Email on iOS Clients. 

    Have setup exchange impersonation account setup and applied.  

    Able to recieve email through email proxy and load balancer. 

    We are just stuck on the point that we are unable to recieve push notification.

    the only error we get is : 

    "The cluster has not received an Exchange Web Service callback within the last %d minute(s)"
