We are running Symantec Mail Gateway 10.0.2-4 with 1 Control Cetner and 4 Scanners on VM. Initially we were able to see the ThreatCon level on the Control Center console. But I noticed recently it doesn't show up. When I checked BrightmailLog.log, I see "[BrightmailScheduler_Worker-44] ERROR - Connection to http://securityresponse.symantec.com refused", but I can ping to securityresponse.symantec.com from the control center.
I have restarted the controlcenter service and there are no proxy settings in our environment. Anybody has any idea?
