  • 1.  Unable to save the policy settings (ON/OFF Switch)

    Good day! Faced with abnormal behavior Altiris console. Activity switch for agent installation policy does not work! It can be set to ON, but when you save it once again set to OFF. Is there a fix for this problem?

    What version do you have? Do you have a test system with the same problem, is it at the same version?

    Hi! SMP 7.1. Unfortunately, there is no test system with this error :( At present, I analyze the log file...

    What happens when you right-click the policy and use the enable/disable options?  Does that work?  Do you have any maintenance, service, or hotfix packs installed on 7.1?  I would look at the log file and see if there is something in there.  With some more details, we might be able to help more.

    Does same problem occur in case of turning ON/OFF another policies?

    Hey Justin! On the agent Installation page is not possible to use the context menu. The problem applies only to this page.

    Hi, Igor! This problem occurs only on the Agent Installation page. Another feature of the problem - if you press the save is a change of interface language!
