    I have been unable to send email for some time now. I can reply and forward, but cannot compose and send, the email just sits in the outbound queue. Using Android with O365 Active sync.

    I have been having this problem for over a year. This was posted 5 months ago. What is the solution?

    Hi,

    Did you email into touchdown-support@symantec.com? The fix is likely to use m.outlook.com as your server address (change via Touchdown settings>advanced>legacy>Account>Quick configuration.)
