  • 1.  Unable to use "Save Purchase Order" components, 404 error

    Hi All,

    I am now studying the Workflow 7.0 with my SMP SP5.

    I launched the workflow designer, create a workflow project, drag and drop the components

    1. Create Purchase Request OR

    2. SavePurchaseRequestComponents

    Still, I got different kind of error and I am not able to use workflow project to create Purchase Request record in my CMDB in SMP.

    I have installed some sample workflow package and study the Purchase Request flow, they use "Save Purchase Request" component which I cannot locate in my workflow designer.

    So another question is, what is the correct component that I have to use to create purchase request, I know there is a good component "Create Resource for NS7", however this component do not create "purcahse" related resource type such as purchase order, purchase request.

    Hope someone can give me a hints on this.

    You're probably missing a Create SMP/NS7 Credentials component in your flow before you call these components. Once you add that component, and hook it up properly, the 404 should go away (assuming you're pointing to an NS7 with NS Web Services installed)
