    Dear,

    I start to using a enpoint server in aprox. 2500 computer (workstation and laptop) and today this 2 error appear in the enforce server, you can tell me where start to find whats cause this error?

    the resources of the enpoint server in cpu and ram are fine and the rules only detecting incidents without a response rules.

    The rules include keywords and EDM profiles.

    Hi Tokyo2040!

    Check the logs for what can be.

    I had this problem, but it was related to the IDM analysis that was for the server and Agent (Two_Tier). I put it to analysis only for the agent and stopped showing this message.

    Possible causes of this error:
    - Message processing that has not been scanned by the DLP because it is corrupted, encrypted, or in unrecognized format.
