  • 1.  Uninstalling SEP 11

    Hello!

    Long ago someone installed SEP on my computer, and now im tring to uninstall it. The probleme is that i dont have the uninstall password.

    I tried to ask for support in mail at mysupport.symantec.com, but i couldnt varify my account because i dont have Technical Contact Id.

    What can i do?

    p.s. if this isnt the right forum to post this, please redirect me to the right place ^^

    if the client is managed, you can change the password in the SEPM . The client will take the new policy with new password you can uninstall.
