    Dear All,

    today i nstalled SEP 12.1 Unmamnged client after reset is showning alot of problem

    - Missing dll

    - Windows installer keep running

    now i cant unistall it Any one have Clean Wipe

    You need to call support to get the tool the latest version is 6.2

    Latest cleanwipe version is 6.3

    Use CleanWipe with caution. You should use CleanWipe as a last resort after all other means to prepare or clean a computer for Symantec Endpoint Protection installation have failed.

    Hi , i installed the beta last week and after a week that slow down my computer ,i decide to removed it but that removed the uninstaller no the programm and cleanwipe don't help any idea

    @ Michael, You might try logging into your Symbeta account and posting your issue in the beta forum. Development is quick to answer any questions posted in that forum.

    After installation of SEP 12, many times clients protection found to be off.

    task bar Icon also no available.

    you need to start clients from START>All Programs> Symantec Endpoint Protection> aftre that it will ask yo to fix it, after clicking on fix all protection are fixed but still Task bar Icon does not came, you have to restart syatem to see it.

    this happens during windows updates, System hibernation or many times their no reason.

    Hi,

    There is different cleanwipe utility for SEP 12.1.

    To get that utility you will have to send request on Beta forum.
