  • 1.  United Parcel Service emails - why not blocked?

    My system has received a boat load of emails similar to this

    Dear customer!
     
    Unfortunately we were not able to deliver postal package you have sent on the 18th of January in time because the addressee's address is inexact.
    Please print out the invoice copy attached and collect the package at our office.
     
    United Parcel Service of America.

    with a .zip file attached.

    I have looked at about half a dozen so far and all of them in the message audit logs have "System allowed email address or domain  static allow email address" as the verdict

    Why?  I do not have these email addresses on any of the good sender domains.
    What does the verdict mean the messages are allowed from?

    There was an error between the keyboard and chair.

    someone added ups.com in the good senders list

    Just had to export the list and search the text file
