  • 1.  Updates stuck Restarting IIS for NS7

    I started installing some updates this morning through the SIM and currently it seems to be stuck.  I had 12 updates to install and currently for about the last 3 hours it has been sitting at 49%. The Task progress bar is still moving and is displaying "Restarting IIS..."

    I have manually reset the IIS service through command prompt with iisreset and also tried restarting the IIS Admin Service. Neither have moved the installation to the next step.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    It didnt seem to help there command prompt  had to go to the services MSC and restart IIS ADMIN Services there. sorted out the issue for me.
