  • 1.  Upgradation of Symantec Bright mail/Messaging gateway

    Hello guys,

     

    I need a help of migrating steps of Symantec Bright mail/Messaging gateway.

    Now we have v9.5.2-3  .We show our updated version is 10.0.3-3 in SBM console?

    So what are steps it required for upgradation? need down time??

    Please review the Release Notes for Messaging Gateway version 10.0.3. On page 6 you will find the section "Important information before you update to version 10.0.3"

    Which version i need to download and upgrade?

    You will need to update to 10.0.3-3, then you will run the update to 10.0.3-4. After that you will be able to update to 10.5.1. You will then be able to update to 10.5.4.

    Here you go, go to the administrator guide on page 820, it contains a lot of information.
