What was the error code? There should be a log file, try and find it, probably c:\windows\temp unless you are running the install using a user account. If you're trying to install it on Windows 7 there's some updates you need to install first.

You can check what is error code of failed installation on client side and then determine what is a reasong, using this error code number.

    Example:

    Hi Tai,

I don't remember which place to mouse double click of delivered "Managed Delivery" policy on client side.

Try to mouse double click these areas and then should appear this windows with install code.

There is a exit code 2147942402:

You can check this information about similar problem during an update installation

You can find all required installation command lines from Google :)

Also you can try to manually install it as it does in your delivery policy to determine what is the problem.

That error code is "file not found", sounds like your installation command line is wrong. Are you trying to install from a network location? Don't, create a Software Resource for IE10 with a package and command line and detection rule and use a Managed Software Delivery Policy to deliver it.
