  • 1.  Upgrade To ITMS 7.1 SP2

    I upgraded our enviroment from 7.1 to SP2. Now after doing the upgrade I am facing the follwing issues:

    - The software update plug-in is not ready.

    - PXE is not working (unable to boot). 

    - Lost all my old images, the job still exists.

    Preboot images are on D: Drive.

    It worked fine before the upgrade.

    Seems like its a known issue.

    So this is resolved?  Or do you still need help with certain issues?

    Hi Mike, 

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    - The software update plug-in is not ready.

    This is resolved after updating the agent and plug-in.

    - PXE is not working (unable to boot). 

    PXE started working after following the article.

    - Lost all my old images, the job still exists.

    Got it back from Backup Exec.
