  • 1.  Upgrade SEP 12.x to 14 Mac with SEPM

    I have moved several Macs to a test group and applied the new SEP 14 to do the auto upgrade but no one has recieved it. Is there a new step required for the Macs? I have been through the guide and they don't appear to require anything addtional. I am upgrading SEP 12.1.5 to 14 with SEPM 14. Thank you in advance.

    AutoUpgrade is not supported for an upgrade from version 12.1.6 or earlier. For example, you cannot upgrade from 12.1.5 to 14 using AutoUpgrade.

    Since AutoUpgrade was first included in the Mac client with Symantec Endpoint Protection 14, you cannot upgrade with AutoUpgrade from a version earlier than 14.

    Do you know why the UNINSTALL option is still available on the Mac for SEP14?
