  • 1.  Upgrade to SEP14

    Hi Everyone, 

     

    We are currently running 12.1.6 MP7. When I logon to fileconnect I'm not seeing a SEP14 version. Do we need to convert our seat serial numbers? Further, can we upgrade to SEP14 directly from 12.1.6 MP7? Basically, I need some basic information, I appericate the support.

    Yes. You should've received an upgrade notification email. If you didn't get the new serial than please contact support so they can get it over to you. SEP 14 MP1 is the latest version.
